For some people it is hard to decide what kind of massage they want especially if they have never received a massage before. To take that stress away from booking, I combine both Swedish and Deep Tissue into one service and call it an Integrated Therapeutic Massage. hands-on manipulation that works to loosen tissue, increasing blood flow and releasing fat cells so they can be eliminated naturally
The heat from the stones warms and relaxes the muscles, which allows me to apply deeper pressure, if desired. The warmth of the warm stones improves circulation and calms the nervous system
